This confidentiality policy document describes how and in what form the information about you might be processed by MEDGROUP GEORGIA LLC (hereinafter referred to as MEDGROUP GEORGIA or Us).

MEDGROUP GEORGIA reserves the right to change/update confidentiality policy at any time at its own discretion, unilaterally, completely or partially.

Each your consequential visit to the website of MEDGROUP GEORGIA as well as each use of mobile application and/or use of the products of MEDGROUP GEORGIA confirms that you have read the most recent version of the confidentiality policy.

 

1. Information gathering

We gather private data in order to receive your order, to offer and to provide service. The information, which if necessary we might demand from you, gather and process is as follows:

  • Name and surname;
  • E-mail;
  • Landline and mobile phone numbers;
  • Date of birth;
  • Place of residence, town, country;
  • Passport data;
  • Any other information you might provide while registering, via e-mail, online consultancy, on telephone or by other means.

Obtained information will be processed and used within the scope of the applicable Laws of Georgia, for consideration of your application (for provision of the service), among them:

  • In order to contact you;
  • For analysis and improvement of the service quality.

Obtained information might be used for sending news and offers to your telephone number and an e-mail.

Cookies might be used with the purpose to obtain information from your web-server.

Cookies do not cover private information, only statistical data of visiting our website. This information helps to improve the web-site/service.

Information will be stored on our secured servers; any information exchange at our server will be encoded for your security.

Online payment will be provided with TBC Bank Security Payment System, which enables us to keep the credit card numbers and therefore, to protect your confidentiality.

  • For confirmation/check of the credit or any other payment card; 
  • For administrative and legal purposes, for implementation of the liabilities prescribed by the applicable laws and also for the crime prevention and revelation.

Check-in/Check-out

At Bioli Wellness Resort check-in time is: 15:00 and check-out: 12:00 noon.

Early arrival before 06:00 AM: 100% payment of room price;

Early arrival after 06:00 AM till 10:00 AM: 50% payment of room price.

Early arrival after 10:00 AM till 14:00 PM 30 % payment of room price.

Late check-out before 15:00 PM 30 % payment of room price.

Late check-out before 18:00 50 % payment of room price.

Late check-out after 18:00 100 % payment of room price. 

 

Cancellation

Cancellation should be done 72 hours prior to the arrival date of reservation, to avoid a penalty charge of 1 night’s stay. For cancellation please send an e-mail on address: [email protected]. In the subject line please indicate "Reservation cancellation". Text message must include:

  • Confirmation number
  • Guest name

 

No-Show

No-show applies to the guest who has a reservation at Bioli Wellness Resort; who does not appear on arrival date of reservation and who does not provide a proper cancellation notification 72 hours prior to arrival.  No-Show will incur a 1-night stay cancellation fee of the total reservation amount.

 

Payment

In order to confirm a reservation 50  % of the total cost, including accommodation, programs, treatments, and/or services requested, shall be charged from the credit/debit card provided or paid by bank transfer. Upon check-out, your credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the total price of your stay.

 

Pets’ policy

Pets over 10 kilograms are not allowed at Bioli Wellness Resort.

Pets under 10 kilograms are allowed in cottages, however, they are not allowed inside the  restaurant and interior spaces of the resort.

Pets under 10 kilograms must be only on a leash and under control at all times at Bioli Wellness Resort area.

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking in the facilities is strictly forbidden. Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons and out of respect for the non-smoking guests. Guests will still be allowed to light up in their balcony or veranda.

 

Children’s Policy

Children 6 years old or younger can stay free of charge in Premium Cottage or Grand Premium Cottage if always accompanied by parent or babysitter. Cribs are complimentary.

Children between 7 and 12 years old if using existing bedding are charged by 25$.

From 13 years old if using existing bedding are charged by 50$. 

 

Minimum Age Requirements to Purchase wellness program

All guests purchasing wellness programs must be 14 years and older. There are no age limitations for those who visit Bioli for an accommodation purpose only.

 

Extra Bed

Rollaway beds are available for $50.

 

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or visitors or for any person for whom they are responsible.
